Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain high performance, scalable, and secure backend services using Java and Spring ecosystem.

- Build and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and integrations with external systems.

- Optimize application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and improve system reliability.

- Participate in architectural decisions, code reviews, and contribute to best practices & coding standards.

- Work closely with product managers, DevOps, QA, and frontend teams to deliver features end to end.

- Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and code quality improvements.

- Manage databases, write efficient SQL queries, work with ORM frameworks, and ensure data integrity.

- Apply security best practices, including authentication, authorization, and data protection.

- Research and propose new technologies, tools, and frameworks to improve system efficiency.

- Mentor junior developers and support team knowledge sharing initiatives.

Core Technical Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Core Java (8/11/17) and Microservices.

- Deep experience with Spring Framework, including :

1. Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.

2. Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and API versioning.

- Solid knowledge of SQL and relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL/Oracle).

- Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB, Cassandra, or Redis.

- Hands on experience with message brokers : Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ.

- Strong debugging and performance tuning skills.

Other Skills :

- Strong understanding of design patterns, clean code principles, and SOLID concepts.

- Experience with unit testing (JUnit, Mockito) and automated test pipelines.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work in Agile/Scrum teams
