Location : Onsite (Dubai)

Program planning and execution :

- Defining the scope and objectives

- Identifying key milestones and timelines

- Resource planning

- Creating work breakdown structure and project plan

Risk and Issue Management :

- Identify and assess potential risks and issues that could impact the delivery of program.

- Arrange workshops with key stakeholders to review and mitigate any key risks.

- Regular update of issue management to senior stakeholders and maintain risk log.

Program Delivery and Timelines management :

- Monitor the programs progress against predefined milestones and make necessary adjustments to ensure that any delays or challenges are quickly addressed.

- Identify delivery timeline dependencies and proactively act on completing the dependencies to meet all project timelines as expected.

- Document all program activities, decisions, changes, and milestones to ensure clear communication and historical records.

- Communicate with key stakeholders program status, including any escalated risks or challenges, and proposed mitigation actions.

- Regularly conduct project governance meetings across all relevant stakeholders.
