We are looking for experienced leaders for a Program Lead / ODC Manager role to drive strategic customer engagements and engineering delivery.

Total Experience : 20 - 28 years

- Proven experience in setting up and scaling Offshore Development Canters (ODCs).

- Strong understanding of semiconductor equipment software, factory automation, and manufacturing workflows.

- Experience managing multiple projects and geographically distributed teams.

- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.

- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and program governance.

- Strong leadership with the ability to mentor and grow engineering teams.

Preferred Technical Skills :

- Java, C#, C++, Python, or similar technologies.

- Cloud platforms (Azure / AWS), DevOps, CI / CD.

- SQL / NoSQL databases.

- Kafka, REST APIs, gRPC, microservices.

- Experience with equipment communication protocols and industrial automation.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Electronics, or related field.

- PMP, PgMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications are desirable.
