ROLE OVERVIEW :

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with experience designing Web, and SaaS platforms. This role is critical in shaping the user experience of the platform, including admin consoles, dashboards, configuration tools, and end-user interfaces.

You will work closely with founders, product, engineering, and AI teams to design intuitive, scalable, and enterprise-grade user experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

User Experience & Interaction Design :

- Design end-to-end user journeys for web and mobile applications

- Translate complex workflows (AI configuration, agent setup, analytics) into intuitive UX

- Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and interactive prototypes

- Design experiences for multiple user personas (admins, operators, managers, end users)

UI Design & Design Systems :

- Create clean, modern, and consistent UI designs aligned with brand guidelines

- Build and maintain a scalable design system for web and app

- Ensure design consistency across SaaS modules and platforms

- Design responsive interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile

SaaS & Platform Design :

- Design enterprise-grade dashboards, configuration screens, and analytics views

- Work on multi-tenant SaaS UX considerations

- Design configuration-driven interfaces that adapt based on user roles and permissions

- Ensure usability, accessibility, and performance best practices

Collaboration & Handoff :

- Collaborate closely with Full Stack and AI/ML engineers for design feasibility

- Provide detailed design specifications, assets, and interaction guidelines

- Review implemented designs and ensure pixel-perfect execution

- Iterate designs based on feedback, usability testing, and product insights

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE :

Must-Have :

- 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer

- Strong experience designing Web, Mobile Apps, and SaaS products

- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar

- Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design

- Experience working with developers in product-based environments

- Ability to design for complex systems and workflows

- Experience designing enterprise or B2B SaaS platforms

- Familiarity with AI-driven or data-heavy interfaces

- Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design

- Experience creating design systems and component libraries
