Quantum Computing Engineer

Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of quantum computing algorithms and applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum computing solutions into existing systems and processes.

- Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in quantum computing technologies and methodologies.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

- Analyse complex problems and propose innovative quantum computing solutions to address them.

- Contribute to the development of intellectual property, including patents and publications, in the field of quantum computing.

- Applying Quantum Computing to ML to achieve performance advantages over classical approaches

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science

- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in software development and engineering.

- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and/or Java.

- Experience with quantum computing frameworks and platforms such as IBM Quantum, Google Cirq, or Microsoft Quantum Development Kit.

- Solid understanding of quantum mechanics and quantum computing principles.

- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
