Responsibilities :

- Set up key operations and processes within the team for quality delivery and excellence.

- Designing complex architectures on multi or hybrid cloud and integration modules for enterprise-level systems.

- Contribute in key accounts growth and drive engagement with partners and customers, including stakeholder management.

- Driving organization branding and playing a consultancy role with key accounts to deliver business impacts.

- Guiding and mentoring the delivery team towards excellence and growth along with quality delivery of solutions.

Essential Skills :

- Experience working in Artificial Intelligence (AI) domain.

- Expertise across industries such as Banking, Healthcare, Financial Services, Public sector, Telecom, etc.

- Experience with managing and growing accounts with evolving technologies and contributions to the space of client consultancy, operations and digital/interactive solutions.

- Experience in delivering enterprises solutions around Chatbots/ Voicebots/ Megabots, Contact Center transformation, Generative AI and Digital transformation.

- Experience in designing reusable and scalable enterprise solutions on hybrid or multi cloud platforms.

- Experience with multi/hybrid cloud technologies like GCP/AWS leveraging serverless architectures and OOTB managed solutions.

- Good understanding and experience in designing event-based architectures.

- Strong skills in designing database schema both SQL and NoSQL databases with optimized and cost-effective approaches.

- Design, build, manage and operate the continuous delivery framework and tools, and act as a subject matter expert on CI/CD for developer teams.

- Should possess strong client and partner management skills with the ability to multitask, and prioritize.

- Experience in Test Driven Development & Agile methodologies.

- A team leader who can collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders with strong interpersonal skills.

- Self-starter with a drive to technically mentor your cohort of technical team.
