Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Manager QA with proven expertise in Automation, Mobile Banking, and Internet Banking.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading QA teams, implementing scalable automation strategies (including Katalon), and driving high-quality digital banking solutions across mobile and web platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and implement QA strategy across Mobile & Internet Banking applications

- Manage end-to-end test planning, execution, reporting, and closure

- Drive automation adoption across functional, regression, API, and performance testing

- Establish shift-left testing practices and continuous quality approach

- Design and oversee implementation of automation frameworks

- Ensure reusability, maintainability, and scalability of test assets

- Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines

- Monitor automation coverage and optimize regression cycles

- Ensure comprehensive testing of digital banking platforms (Mobile & Web)

- Validate integrations with core banking, payments, middleware, and third-party systems

- Ensure compliance with BFSI regulatory and security standards

- Lead distributed QA teams (onshore/offshore)

- Mentor team members in automation best practices

- Manage stakeholders and quality reporting

- Define and track QA KPIs (defect leakage, automation ROI, coverage, performance trends)

- Ensure governance, risk, and compliance adherence in banking programs

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives

Technical Skills (Mandatory) :

Automation & Testing Frameworks :

- Selenium WebDriver (Java / Python preferred)

- Appium (Mobile automation Android & iOS)

- Playwright

- Katalon Studio

- RestAssured (API automation)

- TestNG / JUnit / Cucumber (BDD frameworks)

Mobile & Web Technologies :

- Native & Hybrid Mobile Apps (Android / iOS)

- Web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript basics)

- Cross-browser and cross-device testing

- Mobile device farms (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs or similar)

API & Integration Testing :

- REST & SOAP services testing

- Postman / Swagger validation

- API contract testing

- JSON / XML validation

- Middleware validation

CI/CD & DevOps Integration :

- Jenkins

- Git / GitHub / GitLab

- Azure DevOps

- Maven / Gradle

- Docker (basic understanding)

- Integration of automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines
