Job Title : Core Banking SME

Location : UAE

Domain : Banking / Core Banking

Experience : 14+ years (With Strong Core Banking Exposure)

Key Responsibilities :

- Translate business requirements (BRD/FRD) into clear, testable functional specifications.

- Provide domain expertise across Core Banking modules CASA, Loans, Deposits, Payments, GL, Customer, Islamic Banking (if applicable).

- Review and validate functional designs, user stories, and change requests from a domain perspective.

- Support the Testing team in test scenario design, test case reviews, and defect triage.

- Ensure end-to-end process validation covering upstream/downstream system integrations.

- Participate in SIT, UAT, and production validation cycles as a domain authority.

- Conduct impact analysis for regulatory, compliance, and product enhancements (UAE Central Bank exposure preferred).

- Facilitate business walkthroughs and clarify functional gaps to technical and QA teams.

- Drive defect resolution discussions ensuring alignment with business expectations.

- Support data validation, reconciliation, and migration testing activities.

- Ensure adherence to banking controls, compliance, and audit requirements.

- Prepare domain documentation, process flows, and knowledge artifacts.

- Actively contribute to process improvement and quality assurance best practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong hands-on experience in Core Banking systems (e.g., Temenos T24, Finacle, Flexcube, or similar).

- Deep understanding of UAE banking regulations and operational processes (preferred).

- Experience working closely with Testing/QA teams in large transformation programs.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Ability to simplify complex banking processes into structured testable scenarios
