Role : Murex & T24 SME Banking QA

Location : As per project requirement (Onsite / Offshore)

Role Summary :

We are looking for a senior Banking QA SME with strong hands-on experience in Murex and Temenos T24, coupled with deep Islamic Treasury product knowledge.

The role requires end-to-end understanding of treasury trade lifecycle and core banking integration, especially for Shariah-compliant products, along with the ability to lead functional testing, system integration validation, and UAT activities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as SME for Murex and T24 across Treasury and Core Banking integrations

- Lead QA activities for Islamic Treasury products ensuring Shariah-compliant validation

- Validate front-to-back trade lifecycle from Murex to T24 (trade capture, confirmation, settlement, accounting, GL posting)

- Define test strategy, scenarios, and detailed test cases for Treasury and Core Banking workflows

- Perform Functional, Integration, System, Regression, and UAT testing

- Validate accounting entries, GL postings, reconciliation, and downstream interfaces in T24

- Coordinate with Treasury, Finance, Risk, and IT stakeholders

- Support defect triage, root cause analysis, and release sign-off

- Provide functional and technical guidance to QA and business teams

- Review BRDs, FRDs, and technical specifications for completeness and testability

Technical Skills (Mandatory) :

Core Banking & Treasury Platforms :

Strong hands-on expertise in :

- Murex (MX.3 preferred)

- Trade capture, contract management, workflows, static data, simulation

- Murex accounting module and interface validation

- Temenos T24 (Transact)

- Core modules (AA, LD, MM, FX, GL)

- Accounting configuration & posting validation

- Interface monitoring and reconciliation

Treasury & Integration Knowledge :

Strong understanding of :

- Front-to-back treasury lifecycle

- Trade validation, settlement flows, and accounting events

- Interface validation between Murex and T24

- Message flows (SWIFT MT/MX formats preferred)

- API / middleware-based integrations

- Batch processing and EOD validation

Testing & QA Tools :

- Test case management tools (HP ALM / QC / JIRA / Azure DevOps or similar)

- Defect lifecycle management

- Regression test planning & execution

- SIT & UAT coordination

- SQL for backend data validation

- Experience validating interfaces using logs, middleware, and reconciliation tools
