Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager with a strong background in Banking, Core Banking, Payments, and Micro Finance.

The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the Indian Banking IT landscape, strong expertise in test management, and proven experience managing multiple stakeholders and delivery activities.

The role requires a proactive professional who can drive testing and delivery initiatives, manage stakeholders effectively, and ensure continuity of resources for long-term engagements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end delivery activities for banking technology and testing engagements.

- Apply strong Test Management concepts and practices across projects.

- Lead and oversee testing activities for Core Banking, Payments, and Micro Finance applications.

- Understand and align delivery activities with the Indian Banking IT landscape.

- Manage multiple stakeholders across client and internal teams.

- Drive defect management using JIRA and ensure timely tracking and resolution.

- Create and maintain testing matrices to monitor testing coverage and progress.

- Track project deliverables, timelines, risks, dependencies, and quality metrics.

- Work closely with testing and delivery teams to ensure successful execution.

- Facilitate communication between business, technology, QA, and client stakeholders.

- Support Agile delivery methodologies and ensure adherence to defined processes.

- Demonstrate strong ownership and proactiveness in identifying and resolving delivery challenges.

- Ensure resource continuity and stability for long-term client engagements.

- Travel to other client locations as required.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10 - 12 years of overall experience in Delivery / Testing / Banking technology.

- Strong understanding of the Indian Banking IT landscape.

- 10+ years of testing experience with strong Test Management expertise.

- 5 - 7 years of experience in Core Banking, Payments, and Micro Finance.

- 4 - 6 years of stakeholder management experience with proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

- 2 - 3 years of hands-on experience with JIRA Defect Management.

- Experience in testing matrix creation and management.

- 3 - 4 years of Agile experience.

- Strong communication and articulation skills.

- High level of proactiveness, ownership, and problem-solving ability.
