Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced QA Lead (Manual + Automation Testing) to lead quality assurance initiatives for a European client engagement. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on testing expertise combined with proven leadership capabilities, including KPI ownership, team planning, and stakeholder communication.

This role requires close collaboration with client stakeholders and internal delivery teams to ensure high-quality, timely releases.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end QA activities across manual and automation testing

- Define QA strategy, test plans, and execution approach aligned with project goals

- Manage and mentor QA team members (5+ years of team leadership experience required)

- Own KPI alignment, quality metrics, and reporting

- Plan team output, allocate tasks, and ensure timely delivery

- Review test cases, test scripts, and defect reports for quality and completeness

- Coordinate closely with European client stakeholders on requirements, progress, and issues

- Ensure adherence to QA best practices, processes, and standards

- Drive continuous improvement in testing efficiency and quality outcomes

Mandatory Skills & Experience :

- 10+ years of overall experience in Quality Assurance / Testing

- Strong hands-on experience in Manual Testing and Automation Testing

- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a QA Lead / Team Lead

Proven experience in :

a. KPI definition and tracking

b. Team output planning and task assignment

c. Managing QA deliverables and timelines

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Experience working with European or global clients

- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect management processes
