About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented QA Engineer with hands-on experience in Agentforce and Salesforce ecosystem testing. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in manual and/or automation testing, along with practical exposure to Salesforce workflows, integrations, AI-driven automations, and Agentforce implementations.

This role requires someone who can ensure the quality, reliability, functionality, and performance of Salesforce and Agentforce applications through well-structured testing strategies and defect management practices. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform end-to-end testing of Salesforce and Agentforce applications.

- Validate Agentforce workflows, prompts, automations, AI-generated responses, and business processes.

- Ensure smooth functionality across Salesforce modules and integrated systems.

Salesforce & Agentforce Testing :

- Design, develop, review, and execute detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.

- Conduct Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, Smoke Testing, and UAT Testing.

- Perform API Testing using tools like Postman or similar platforms.

Test Planning & Execution :

- Execute manual and/or automation testing activities based on project requirements.

- Work with automation frameworks and QA tools to improve testing efficiency.

- Identify opportunities for test automation and continuous quality improvements.

Automation & Quality Assurance :

- Identify, document, track, and manage defects using tools like Jira or similar defect tracking platforms.

- Collaborate with development teams to reproduce issues and validate fixes.

- Ensure defects are resolved before production deployment.

Defect Management :

- Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and QA discussions.

- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and define test coverage.

- Provide regular QA updates, reports, and quality metrics to project teams.

Collaboration & Agile Participation :

- Prepare and maintain test documentation, execution reports, and QA status reports.

- Ensure proper traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects.

- Maintain testing standards and QA best practices across projects.

Documentation & Reporting :

- 3+ years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance.

- Hands-on experience with Agentforce implementations and testing.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and CRM workflows.

- Experience in Manual Testing and/or Automation Testing.

- Good exposure to API Testing and Integration Testing.

- Familiarity with QA and testing tools such as :

i. Jira

ii. Postman

iii. Selenium

iv. TestNG / JUnit (preferred)

v. Other QA automation tools

- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

- Ability to validate complex workflows, integrations, and automation logic.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.

- Exposure to AI-powered Salesforce solutions and Agentforce automation workflows.

- Understanding of test automation frameworks and CI/CD testing practices.

- Knowledge of Salesforce integrations and API validation.

- Salesforce Certification and/or QA Certification will be an added advantage.

Preferred Skills :

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
