Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced QA Engineer with strong expertise in the nCino platform (Salesforce-based banking solution). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in testing Salesforce/nCino applications, a solid understanding of banking workflows, and expertise in both manual and automation testing. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality releases across lending and onboarding platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform end-to-end testing of nCino applications including Loan Origination Systems (LOS), onboarding, and lending modules.

- Design, write, and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios.

- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.

- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product teams to ensure product quality.

- Validate Salesforce configurations, including objects, workflows, flows, and validation rules.

- Perform API testing for integrations using REST/SOAP services.

- Identify, log, and track defects using tools such as JIRA and ensure timely resolution.

- Participate in release cycles and ensure quality assurance across deployments.

Required Skills :

Must Have :

- 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance.

- Hands-on experience with the nCino platform.

- Strong experience in Salesforce application testing.

- Experience in automation testing frameworks.

- Understanding of the Banking / Lending domain (BFSI).

- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Zephyr, or similar.

Good to Have :

- Basic knowledge of Salesforce Apex and SOQL.

- Automation testing experience using Selenium, Playwright, or Java-based frameworks.

- API testing experience using Postman or Rest Assured.

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines.

Domain Knowledge (Important) :

- Loan Origination Systems (LOS)

- Commercial Lending / Retail Lending

- Customer Onboarding Workflows

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- Prior experience working on Banking or FinTech projects.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.
