The Role
:

We're looking for a skilled QA Engineer with hands-on experience in both manual and automation testing, who can work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software. You will play a critical role in the development process, ensuring our products are reliable, scalable, and meet user expectations.

Job Description :

- Should have 3+ years experience in Manual and Automation Testing both.

- Experience in writing test cases of the related scenarios, Ability to develop positive and negative scenarios for any project assigned.

- Works closely with Scrum team members to get clarify on functional requirements/ Performance requirements, and provide feedback on design solutions (functional and technical)

- Experience on API Test automation and Test execution

- Develop Test strategy, Test Data required for conducting Functional, integration or system testing for both Web and Mobile for self and for the team

- Responsible for ensuring quality of their own work as well as the work of the team Members

- Troubleshooting the issues identified to understand the root cause of the problem and Provide

- Expertise in Selenium tool for automation testing.

- Good understanding of the Agile software development methodology (Kanban or Scrum) and QA's role in it.

- Experience in Performance / Load testing tool, Experience in Working on Non-functional Testing

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Experience in Mobile Automation with iOS or Android testing worked on Trade Market Domain.

What You Will Do
:

- Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to understand and refine product requirements.

- Design and execute comprehensive test plans including positive and negative test scenarios.

- Write and maintain test cases for Web and Mobile applications.

- Perform API testing and automation using relevant tools.

- Execute functional, integration, system, and performance testing.

- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium or similar tools.

- Contribute to test strategies and create the necessary test data for the QA team.

- Troubleshoot and analyze issues to determine root causes and validate fixes.

- Ensure high-quality deliverables by taking ownership of your own work and supporting team members.

- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure QA best practices are followed.

Must-Have Skills
:

- 3+ years of experience in manual and automation testing

- Proficient in Selenium for test automation

- Experience in API testing and automation

- Strong skills in writing and executing test cases

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)

- Hands-on experience with web and mobile testing (iOS or Android)

- Strong understanding of functional, integration, and system testing

- Excellent communication skillsboth verbal and written

- Experience with performance/load testing tools.

Nice-to-Have Skills
:

- Prior experience in the Trade Market domain is a big plus.

- Knowledge of tools like Postman, JMeter, or similar

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines

- Experience with non-functional testing (security, usability, compatibility)

- Familiarity with bug tracking tools like JIRA
