Quality Assurance Automation Engineer - TypeScript/Playwright Testing

Description :

- Design, develop, and maintain UI automation scripts using Playwright with TypeScript

- Automate web application test cases for SaaS products

- Develop API automation tests for backend validation

- Maintain and enhance automation frameworks

- Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines

- Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure high-quality releases

- Participate in test planning, test case design, and defect tracking

- Generate and maintain test reports and automation coverage metrics

Required Skills :

- 2- 4 years of experience in QA Automation

- Strong experience with Playwright and TypeScript

- Experience in API testing and automation

- Good knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript

- Experience with Git, JIRA, and CI/CD tools

- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and automation frameworks

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

- Basic knowledge of databases (MySQL or similar)

Good to Have :

- Experience with Cucumber / BDD frameworks

- Experience testing SaaS or web applications

- Exposure to performance or load testing tools

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Good written and verbal communication skills
