Quality Assurance Architect

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced QA Architect / Quality Engineering Leader to own and drive the end-to-end quality strategy for Ginesys One, a leading B2B SaaS product suite spanning ERP, POS, OMS, and reporting platforms.

You will work closely with Engineering, Product Management, QA, and DevOps teams to build scalable testing frameworks, strengthen automation practices, and establish a quality-first engineering culture across the organization.

This role is ideal for senior professionals passionate about test architecture, automation strategy, and enterprise SaaS product quality.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end testing lifecycle, including : Manual Testing, Automation Testing, Performance Testing and Security testing

- Architect and implement scalable automation frameworks, including tooling decisions, standards, metrics, and CI/CD integration.

- Embed shift-left quality practices across the SDLC - from sprint planning to production release.

- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and DevOps teams to integrate automated quality gates into delivery pipelines.

- Establish and track quality KPIs : Defect Leakage, Automation coverage, Release quality metrics, Test pass rates

- Drive continuous improvement using metrics, RCA, and data-driven quality insights.

- Mentor and scale QA teams through best practices, automation adoption, and modern testing methodologies.

- Ensure compliance readiness for enterprise releases, audits, and production deployments.

- Champion a strong engineering quality culture through guilds, retrospectives, and cross-functional workshops.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

Strong profiles from QA Architect / Test Architect / QA Manager / Quality Engineering Lead backgrounds.

Mandatory Requirements :

- 12+ years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance / Quality Engineering.

- Proven ownership of end-to-end testing strategy for product-based platforms.

- Hands-on exposure across : Manual Testing, Automation Testing, Performance Testing and Security testing

- 7+ years in B2B SaaS product companies, preferably in microservices-based architectures.

- 3+ years leading QA teams (5 - 6 members or more).

- Strong experience designing test automation frameworks (Robot Framework preferred).

- Hands-on experience integrating automation with CI/CD pipelines using : Azure DevOps,

Jenkins,GitHub Actions

- Domain expertise in ERP / POS / OMS platforms (ERP strongly preferred).

- Candidates must currently be based in Gurgaon / Gurugram or nearby locations.

Preferred :

- Experience building products from scratch and exposure to the complete SDLC lifecycle.

- Certifications such as ISTQB, CQM, or equivalent QA certifications.
