Role Overview :

We are looking for a QA Analyst with strong experience in Banking/NBFC domain to support testing of loan management and financial applications. The candidate should have hands-on experience in manual testing, API testing, and database validation, along with exposure to LOS/LMS systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Understand and analyze BRD/FSD documents and translate them into test scenarios and test cases

- Design, develop, and execute test cases for functional, regression, and integration testing

- Perform end-to-end testing of Loan Origination System (LOS) and Loan Management System (LMS)

- Conduct API testing using Postman / REST tools

- Validate backend data using SQL / Oracle database queries

- Identify, log, and track defects using tools like JIRA / HP ALM / Azure DevOps

- Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews)

- Collaborate with BA, Dev, and business teams for requirement clarity and defect resolution

- Support UAT and production releases (Go-live support)

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in Manual Testing (Functional, Regression, Smoke, Sanity)

- Hands-on with API Testing (Postman / REST Assured)

- Good knowledge of SQL / Database Testing

- Experience with Test Management & Defect Tracking tools (JIRA, HP ALM, Azure)

- Understanding of SDLC & STLC processes

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment

Domain Expertise (Mandatory) :

- Banking / NBFC domain experience

Exposure to :

- Retail Lending / Corporate Lending

- Loan Origination System (LOS)

- Loan Management System (LMS)

- Understanding of end-to-end loan lifecycle (booking to servicing)

Good to Have :

- Exposure to Core Banking / Financial Applications (e.g., Pennant, FinnOne)

- Basic knowledge of Business Analysis (BRD, FRD, Gap Analysis)

- Experience in Mobile Application Testing

Candidate Profile :

- 2-4 years of experience in QA with Banking/NBFC projects

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Good communication and stakeholder handling capability

- Immediate or short notice joiners preferred
