Description :

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Analyst (QA) with at least 2 years of experience in the software services industry. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of web and software applications by performing manual testing, identifying bugs, and working closely with the development team to deliver high-quality solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Review project requirements and create test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.

- Perform manual testing for web and software applications.

- Identify, document, and track bugs and defects using bug-tracking tools.

- Work closely with developers, project managers, and designers to resolve issues.

- Conduct functional, regression, usability, and performance testing.

- Ensure applications meet quality standards before deployment.

- Validate bug fixes and perform re-testing.

- Participate in requirement analysis and sprint planning meetings.

- Maintain proper testing documentation and reports.

Required Skills :

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance.

- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLC/STLC.

- Experience with manual testing of web and mobile applications.

- Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as Jira, Clickup, or similar tools.

- Good understanding of API testing and basic database queries (SQL).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
