Role Overview :

As a Qlik Platform Administrator, you will serve as the backbone of our data analytics infrastructure, ensuring the seamless performance, security, and scalability of our Qlik ecosystem. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of QlikView and Qlik Sense environments, working closely with data engineering teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions. By maintaining high availability and optimizing system resources, you will directly influence the reliability of data-driven decision-making processes across the organization, ensuring that our users have uninterrupted access to critical business insights. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between raw data infrastructure and actionable intelligence, playing a key role in our ongoing digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and configure Qlik Management Console (QMC) to ensure optimal environment performance, user access control, and task scheduling for enterprise-wide reporting.

- Oversee the administration of Qlik/Attunity Replicate to ensure high-speed data ingestion and seamless synchronization between disparate source systems and our data warehouses.

- Automate routine administrative tasks and system monitoring using PowerShell scripting to reduce manual overhead and improve operational efficiency.

- Execute complex SQL queries to troubleshoot data connectivity issues, validate data integrity, and optimize performance for end-users.

- Implement and enforce rigorous security protocols, including row-level security and authentication integration, to protect sensitive organizational data assets.

- Lead system administration duties on Windows Server environments, including patch management, capacity planning, and disaster recovery testing to maintain platform stability.

- Collaborate with cloud infrastructure teams to manage and scale Qlik deployments within cloud environments, ensuring alignment with enterprise cloud strategy and cost-optimization goals.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale QlikView and Qlik Sense environments, with a deep understanding of Qlik Management Console architecture and best practices.

- Proven ability to leverage PowerShell for task automation and system maintenance, alongside advanced SQL proficiency for complex data manipulation and performance tuning.

- Strong technical background in Windows Server administration and cloud-based platform management, with the ability to troubleshoot infrastructure-level bottlenecks effectively.

- Hands-on experience with Qlik/Attunity Replicate, ensuring robust data pipelines and reliable data movement across the enterprise.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical platform constraints into clear, actionable advice for non-technical stakeholders and business partners.

- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on proactive problem-solving, capable of working independently or as part of a distributed team.

- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by a commitment to staying updated with evolving data platform technologies.
