Role Overview :

As a ServiceNow Architect, you will serve as the technical authority for complex enterprise implementations, bridging the gap between business requirements and platform capabilities. You will collaborate with cross-functional delivery teams and senior client stakeholders to design robust, scalable architectures that drive operational efficiency. Your work will directly influence the maturity of our clients' IT service management and operations, ensuring that the ServiceNow ecosystem remains a high-value asset that evolves with emerging technologies like Agentic AI.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and oversee the end-to-end architecture of ServiceNow implementations to ensure alignment with enterprise-grade performance and security standards.

- Lead the integration of ITOM and ITSM modules to create a unified, automated service delivery environment for global clients.

- Architect innovative solutions incorporating Agentic AI to automate complex workflows and enhance proactive incident resolution.

- Mentor technical teams and provide architectural governance to maintain platform integrity throughout the development lifecycle.

- Translate intricate business challenges into technical roadmaps that optimize platform ROI and streamline organizational processes.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in architecting large-scale ServiceNow deployments, with a deep understanding of ITSM and ITOM frameworks.

- Proven ability to design and implement AI-driven automation strategies, specifically leveraging Agentic AI to improve service desk efficiency.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.

- Strong analytical mindset to troubleshoot systemic issues and optimize platform performance in high-pressure environments.

- Ability to lead and influence distributed teams while maintaining a hands-on approach to technical problem-solving.

- Minimum of 10 to 18 years of professional experience in IT architecture and platform management.

- Flexibility to work from our Hyderabad office, collaborating effectively within a hybrid team structure.
