Role : SAP Successfactors Consultant - Compensation for permanent role

Company : Qentelli (US Based MNC)

Work Location : Hyderabad

Required Qualifications :

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and/or Variable Pay (implementation and/or operations).

- Demonstrated experience delivering at least one compensation cycle at SuccessFactors (annual or large off cycle).

- Strong understanding of compensation concepts: budgets, guidelines, merit matrices, Compa-ratio, proration, eligibility, and approvals.

- Ability to produce clear requirements, process maps, configuration documentation, and operational runbooks.

- Strong analytical skills to validate calculations, troubleshoot data issues, and reconcile outputs.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SuccessFactors experience across adjacent modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Reporting/People Analytics).

- Experience with integrations (e.g., middleware) and upstream/downstream payroll/HR systems

- Consulting, product ownership, or HR transformation experience; comfortable facilitating design workshops and executive-ready readouts.

- Core Skills : SuccessFactors configuration, requirements elicitation, stakeholder management, testing/UAT, data validation, reporting, process design, controls/governance, change management, and cycle delivery/program management.

Education / Certifications (Preferred) :

- Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience). SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) in Compensation and/or Variable Pay preferred
