Qentelli - React Native Full Stack Developer/Lead

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced React Native Full Stack Developer - Lead to own the end-to end design, development, and delivery of mobile applications along with their supporting backend services. This role combines hands-on mobile development, backend architecture and technical leadership working closely with product, design, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the development of cross-platform mobile applications using React Native

- Architect, design, and implement backend services and APIs supporting mobile applications

- Define and enforce full-stack architecture, coding standards, and best practices

- Take ownership of performance, scalability, security, and reliability across mobile and backend layers

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend, DevOps, and QA teams

- Mentor and guide developers through code reviews, design discussions, and technical coaching

- Drive CI/CD pipelines, release management, and environment strategy for mobile and backend

- Oversee App Store / Play Store releases and backend deployments

- Identify and resolve complex cross-layer issues (mobile ? API ? database)

- Ensure strong testing strategy across frontend, backend, and integrations

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 7+ years of overall software development experience

- 4+ years of hands-on experience with React Native

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript

- Solid experience in backend development using Node.js (NestJS/Express) or .NET Core

- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL

- Strong understanding of state management (Redux, Zustand, MobX, etc.)

- Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)

- Familiarity with authentication and authorization (OAuth, JWT, role-based access)

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

- Knowledge of mobile performance optimization and backend scalability patterns

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
