Role Overview:

The Scrum Master for Full Stack Development serves as the bridge between technical execution and agile delivery, ensuring that engineering teams maintain high velocity while building robust, scalable applications. You will facilitate sprint ceremonies, remove operational bottlenecks, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the development lifecycle. By working closely with product owners, architects, and full-stack engineers, you will ensure that technical debt is managed effectively and that the team's output directly aligns with the company's strategic product roadmap and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to maintain team alignment and ensure project milestones are met on schedule.

- Remove technical and process-related impediments that hinder the development team's ability to deliver high-quality code.

- Collaborate with product stakeholders to refine the product backlog, ensuring user stories are clearly defined and technically feasible for the full-stack team.

- Monitor sprint velocity and burndown metrics to provide accurate forecasting and transparency to leadership regarding project health.

- Promote agile best practices and engineering excellence, encouraging the team to adopt clean coding standards and efficient CI/CD workflows.

- Manage cross-functional dependencies between front-end, back-end, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration of complex features.
