Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst with strong expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and ServiceNow AI / Now Assist AI. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in requirement gathering, client interaction, and end-to-end ServiceNow project implementation. This role requires excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills, with a strong ability to translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Requirement Gathering & Analysis :

- Conduct detailed requirement-gathering sessions with business stakeholders and clients.

- Analyze business needs and translate them into clear functional and technical requirements.

- Collaborate closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure accurate implementation.

ServiceNow Project Delivery :

- Lead and support end-to-end ServiceNow project implementations.

- Participate in solution design, configuration reviews, testing, and deployment.

- Ensure timely, high-quality delivery aligned with client expectations.

Documentation & User Story Writing :

- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including :

1. BRD (Business Requirement Document)

2. FRD (Functional Requirement Document)

3. HLD (High-Level Design)

4. LLD (Low-Level Design)

- Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and process diagrams.

Client Interaction & Stakeholder Management :

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and business stakeholders.

- Conduct workshops, solution walkthroughs, presentations, and demos.

- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure effective cross-team communication.

ServiceNow Expertise :

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM processes and platform best practices.

- Hands-on experience with SPM modules including Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management, Resource Management, and Financial Planning.

- Experience implementing ServiceNow AI and Now Assist AI to enable intelligent automation, insights, and enhanced user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 7 to 10 years of total experience, with 5+ years as a ServiceNow Business Analyst.

- Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, SPM, and ServiceNow AI / Now Assist AI.

- Proven experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management.

- Excellent documentation and analytical skills.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Strong communication, problem-solving, and client-handling skills.

- Willingness to work onsite - hybrid model at client locations.
