Role : Scrum Master - Data Projects (Data Engineering / Databricks / Snowflake environments)

Exp level : 7+ Years Experience

Job Location : Coimbatore, Onsite only

Work Mode : Onsite

We are looking for a highly experienced Scrum Master with 7+ years of experience to manage end-to-end Scrum activities and Agile processes for a client-facing engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

- Drive end-to-end Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)

- Ensure proper implementation of Scrum framework and Agile best practices

- Work closely with US-based stakeholders and business teams

- Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams

- Remove impediments and ensure smooth sprint execution

- Gather business requirements directly from clients

- Write clear User Stories with detailed Acceptance Criteria

- Track sprint progress, velocity, and delivery metrics

Key Requirements :

- Strong expertise in Scrum processes and Agile methodologies

- Excellent communication skills (role involves interaction with US stakeholders)

- Strong experience in requirement gathering and writing user stories

- Ability to independently manage client discussions

- Experience working in client-facing environments.

- Strong experience working in Data Projects (Data Engineering / Databricks / Snowflake environments)

- Understanding of data workflows, pipelines, and analytics-driven initiatives

- Experience coordinating with Data Engineers and Analytics teams
