About the Role :

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Automation Engineer to help ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products. You will design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium and Python while working closely with engineering and product teams to deliver bug-free releases. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable automation solutions and thrives in a remote, collaborative environment.

Job Details :

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Python

- Build and enhance test automation frameworks and tools

- Execute functional, regression, integration, and performance tests

- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution

- Collaborate with developers to ensure test coverage and quality standards

- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines

- Analyze test results and improve testing processes

- Participate in release cycles and ensure product stability

- Take ownership of quality assurance initiatives and deliver independently

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 23 years of professional experience in QA automation or similar roles

- Strong experience with Selenium and Python

- Knowledge of modern testing frameworks, tools, and methodologies

- Experience writing automated tests for web applications and APIs

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control systems (Git)

- Understanding of software development lifecycle and QA best practices

- Experience working in remote, asynchronous teams

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Good communication skills in English

Nice to Have :

- Experience with API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured, etc.)

- Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, Locust, etc.)

- Experience with Docker or cloud environments

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes

- Exposure to test reporting and monitoring tools
