We are looking for an experienced and innovative Python Technical Lead to join our dynamic team in Delhi.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in software development, particularly with Python, and demonstrate leadership capabilities to guide projects from conception to completion.

Role : Python Technical Lead.

What You'll Do :

- Lead the design and development of complex backend systems using Python and frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality Python applications.

- Own architecture decisions and ensure best practices in software design and development.

- Mentor and guide a team of developers; conduct code reviews and facilitate knowledge sharing.

- Design and implement robust and scalable APIs using Django and FastAPI.

- Work extensively with relational databases to design and manage data models, queries, and performance tuning.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

- Utilize No-SQL databases, particularly MongoDB, to design and manage data structures.

- Integrate and manage message broker systems like RabbitMQ, ZeroMQ, or IBM-MQ for efficient inter-service communication.

- Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

What We're Looking For :

- Expertise in Python : Demonstrated ability to answer complex technical questions and solve problems using Python.

- Relational Database Proficiency : Strong understanding of relational database concepts, including SQL, schema design, and normalization.

- No-SQL Database Knowledge : Familiarity with No-SQL databases, particularly MongoDB.

- API Development : Extensive experience in designing, developing, and maintaining APIs.

- Frameworks : Strong knowledge of Django and FastAPI frameworks.

- Message Brokers : Experience with message broker systems like RabbitMQ, ZeroMQ, or IBM-MQ.

- Problem-Solving Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
