About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Python Developer with strong hands-on expertise in FastAPI, Pandas, and AWS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing high performance backend solutions, data workflows, and cloud native applications. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving abilities, and experience building scalable systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python and FastAPI.

- Build scalable and high performance microservices architectures.

- Work with Pandas for data processing, transformation, and ETL pipeline development.

- Design and manage AWS cloud-based solutions including Lambda, EC2, S3, API Gateway, RDS, IAM, etc.

- Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high system availability.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices.

- Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and DevOps teams.

- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and sprint planning.

- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automation where applicable.

- Document technical designs, procedures, and workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 7+ years of professional experience in Python development.

- Strong hands-on experience in FastAPI (preferred) or Flask/Django with willingness to work on FastAPI.

- Expertise in Pandas for data manipulation, analysis, and large dataset processing.

- Strong exposure to AWS services (Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, SQS, CloudWatch, API Gateway).

- Solid understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture.

- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB).

- Familiarity with Docker, containers, and cloud deployments.

- Experience working with Git, branching strategies, and CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI).

- Understanding of software design patterns, scalability, and best practices.

- Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
