Python Developer - Django/Flask

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Python Developer to join our dynamic engineering team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying robust and scalable Python-based applications and APIs that power our AI solutions. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, product managers, and other engineers to translate complex business requirements into high-quality, maintainable code. Your work will directly impact the performance and reliability of our core platform, enabling us to deliver exceptional value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain Python-based microservices and APIs for data processing, machine learning model deployment, and integration with external systems.

- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following industry best practices.

- Design and implement scalable and reliable data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and storage.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving our development processes.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely and efficient manner.

- Contribute to the design and architecture of our platform to ensure scalability and maintainability.

- Demonstrated proficiency in Python programming, including experience with relevant libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, and Flask/Django.

- Ability to design and implement RESTful APIs.

- Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Understanding of software engineering principles, including object-oriented programming, design patterns, and testing methodologies.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
