Your primary focus will be the development of the server-side logic for the machine vision platform, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application; therefore, a good understanding of front-end technologies is required as well.

We are a Deep Learning and Artificial Intelligence startup and will take the responsibilities for teaching you the basics of Machine learning, SVMs, CNNs, LSTMs, NLP, etc.. What we expect in return is that you take care of the following :

- Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code

- Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications

- Implementation of security and data protection at each level.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 2+ years of demonstrable experience in a Python backend application

- Expert in Python, with knowledge of at least one Python web framework, e.g. Django and Flask

- Expertise in ORM (Object Relational Mapper) libraries

- Experience in REST API request libraries, Modbus, etc.

- Understanding of the threading limitations of Python and the multi-process architecture

- Knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments

- Understanding of fundamental design principles behind scalable applications

- Strong unit testing and debugging skills
