Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Python Backend Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in building scalable, cloud-based applications.

The candidate will focus on developing serverless and API-driven systems using AWS services and modern Python frameworks.

This role requires strong technical expertise and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python and FastAPI.

- Build and manage serverless applications using AWS Lambda.

- Work with databases such as Amazon Redshift and other RDBMS platforms.

- Manage cloud storage, security, and access using AWS S3 and IAM.

- Monitor and optimize applications using AWS CloudWatch.

- Ensure performance, reliability, and security of backend systems

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in backend development using Python

- Strong hands-on experience with FastAPI or similar Python frameworks (Flask, Django)

- Proven experience working with AWS services (Lambda, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, etc.)

- Solid experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and management

- Strong understanding of serverless architecture and microservices design

- Experience with Amazon Redshift and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.)

- Familiarity with API design, RESTful services, and authentication mechanisms

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

- Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with containerization tools like Docker

- Exposure to Kubernetes or container orchestration

- Knowledge of event-driven architectures

- Experience working in distributed/remote teams

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
