Experience : Min. 8 to 14 Years of Experience

Notice Period : Immediate to 15 days or Serving Notice Period

Education : Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent experience

Position Overview :

As an experienced Python Backend Developer you are required to have strong expertise to build scalable web applications and RESTful APIs using Flask/FastAPI.

Also, a solid background in backend development, basic exposure to Microsoft Azure, and a good understanding of web application architecture are required.

Required Skills & Qualification :

- 8 years of experience with min. 5+ years of relevant experience in Python backend/web development

- Strong experience with Flask and/or FastAPI

- Solid understanding of REST API design principles

- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)

- Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, etc.)

- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD workflows

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using Python frameworks such as Flask and FastAPI

- Build scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services

- Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions

- Implement business logic, data validation, and API integrations

- Optimize application performance and ensure high availability

- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to system design decisions

- Write clean, reusable, testable, and well-documented code

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues
