Job Title : Python Automation Test Engineer

YOE Required (year of experience) : 3+ years

Notice period : Immediate to 30 days

Role Overview :

We are looking for a talented Python automation test engineer with a strong background in automation and manual testing.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality through robust testing practices across cloud and infrastructure environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, maintain, and execute automation scripts using Python

- Perform automation testing for new features and enhancements

- Design and execute regression test suites to ensure application stability

- Implement and run performance/load tests using Locust

- Build and maintain test frameworks using pytest

- Identify, log, and track defects through resolution

- Validate systems across cloud and hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI) environments

- Collaborate with development teams to improve test coverage and quality.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in Python automation scripting

- Hands-on experience in automation testing and regression testing

- Experience with testing frameworks like pytest

- Knowledge of performance testing tools such as Locust

- Understanding of software testing lifecycle (STLC)

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP or similar)

- Familiarity with hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI)

Good to Have :

- Knowledge of storage systems (added advantage)

- Experience working in distributed or infrastructure-based systems

- Basic understanding of APIs and automation testing
