Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Python Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Python, Selenium, web scraping, Pandas, and Automation Anywhere (A360). The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining automation solutions, building reliable web automation and data extraction processes, and supporting business process automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, test, and maintain automation solutions using Python and Automation Anywhere A360.

- Develop robust web automation scripts using Selenium.

- Build and maintain web scraping and data extraction solutions for various applications and websites.

- Use Pandas for data processing, transformation, validation, and analysis.

- Develop reusable automation frameworks and components to improve efficiency and scalability.

- Integrate Python-based automation with existing applications, APIs, and business workflows.

- Troubleshoot automation failures and identify root causes to ensure reliable execution.

- Monitor automated processes and proactively resolve performance and stability issues.

- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to understand automation requirements.

- Perform testing, debugging, deployment, and maintenance of automation solutions.

- Prepare technical documentation, process flows, and automation-related support documentation.

- Follow coding, security, testing, and automation best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 5-6 years of experience in Python development and automation engineering.

- Strong hands-on experience with Python.

- Strong experience with Selenium for web automation and testing.

- Hands-on experience in web scraping and data extraction.

- Good experience with Pandas for data manipulation and processing.

- Experience with Automation Anywhere A360 for Robotic Process Automation (RPA).

- Good understanding of automation frameworks, scripting, debugging, and exception handling.

- Experience working with APIs and integrating automation solutions with external systems is preferred.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
