Required Skills :

- Requirements gathering : Understand clients Workday Financials and reporting requirements, including financial management processes, reporting needs, data definitions, security considerations, and how they align to Workday functionality.

- Workday Financials support : Configure, maintain, test, and support Workday Financial Management functionality across areas such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, expenses, procurement, banking and settlement, and related finance processes.

- Reporting and analytics : Design, build, enhance, and troubleshoot Workday reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and analytics that provide accurate and actionable insights for finance, operations, and leadership stakeholders.

- Testing and validation : Support unit testing, system testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing for Workday Financials enhancements, reporting changes, releases, and production support activities.

- Data integrity and reconciliation : Help clients validate financial data, investigate discrepancies, support reconciliations, and maintain confidence in Workday financial reporting outputs.

- Facilitate knowledge transfer and educate customers on Workday Financials and reporting capabilities, providing functional and reporting expertise during client design workshops, support discussions, and training sessions.

- Invite and give in-the-moment feedback in a constructive manner.

- Share and collaborate effectively with others across finance, technology, managed services, and client teams.

- Identify and make suggestions for process, reporting, and system improvements when problems and/or opportunities arise.

- Handle, manipulate, and analyze data and information responsibly, with appropriate attention to confidentiality, access, and data governance.

- Follow risk management and compliance procedures.

- Keep up to date with developments in Workday Financials, reporting, analytics, and managed services practices.
