Description :

- Act as the integration SME for internal teams and external stakeholders

- Design end-to-end integration solutions across cloud and on-premise systems (Salesforce, SAP, REST/SOAP APIs, databases, SaaS platforms)

- Define and implement API-led connectivity frameworks and best practices

- Create high-level and low-level design documents, architecture diagrams, and integration patterns

- Present architecture options, trade-offs, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Lead technical design discussions and drive solution decisions

- Establish standards for versioning, error handling, logging, monitoring, and security

- Guide and mentor MuleSoft developers and integration engineers

- Review and validate designs, code, and configurations for quality and compliance

- Optimize MuleSoft runtimes (CloudHub / On-Prem / Hybrid) for performance and scalability

- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

- Contribute to pre-sales, proposals, and competency development initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 10-12 years of experience in integration architecture and development

- Strong expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform

- Hands-on experience with API design, REST/SOAP services, and microservices architecture

- Experience with integrations involving Salesforce, SAP, databases, and cloud platforms

- Knowledge of API governance, security, and best practices

- Strong understanding of cloud environments and hybrid integration models

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- MuleSoft certifications (e.g., MuleSoft Certified Architect / Developer)

- Experience in leading teams and managing large-scale integration projects
