About this role :

This position is responsible for supporting the Pricing Team and their CPQ pricing infrastructure in overall implementation, and enhancement of Salesforce.com, ensuring complete alignment with integrated corporate systems, AppExchange ecosystem and integrated Products. Incumbent will be responsible to implement industry best practices around architecture, design, security, administration, development, and business continuity.

Actively participate in design and implementation of projects feature, manage Salesforce.com platform along with all other Third-Party Applications installed/implemented on Salesforce platform. Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce technology and AppExchange tools.

What you will be doing :

- Manage Salesforce.com CPQ, with specific focus on pricing

- Work on architectural platform, lead technical design sessions and document technical solutions that are aligned with business objectives

- Work with cross-functional teams to address business issues involving CRM and sales operations

- Effectively communicate & resolve technical issues both internally and externally

- Perform routine review of code, configuration, data, and usage to ensure long-term viability, integrity, and adoption

- Develop/Manage processes to continuously monitor Data quality & integrity

- Develop Triggers, Classes, Batch Processes, Controllers, Visualforce Pages, etc. to address and improve new and existing business needs

- Manage Key SFDC integrations with financial systems, product and other corporate systems

- Implement industry best practices across all business verticals on SFDC

- Stakeholder management and drive creative resolution to business needs

- Own and run SFDC production support team and processes

- Debugging and improving existing code and processes

What you will need for this position :

- 4-7 years of overall experience within Salesforce ecosystem.

- 2+ years of experience with Apex and Java Script, QCP, price actions, price rules, is a must.

- Develop, customize, and maintain the Salesforce CPQ platform to meet business requirements and improve sales effectiveness.

- Design and implement complex CPQ solutions, including product configuration, pricing rules, discounting, quoting, and contract management.

- Hands on experience with QCP (Quote Calculator Plugin) and CPQ functionalities along with enhancements

- Good understanding of Salesforce Configuration functionalities.

- Experience working on salesforce architecture platform, its development and integration with 1+ years of architect solutioning is desirable

- Experience with key areas of enterprise architecture, integration methodologies, product features and limitations

- In-depth experience with SFDC integration, Financial Systems, AppExchange Vendors and Mid to Large SFDC implementation across multiple businesses

- Sound knowledge of Salesforce recommended best practice around design & development

- Demonstrate mentoring skills and strong belief in a team approach with ability to effectively organize, and prioritize

- Fast learner with the ability to adapt to a fast-pace environment

- Excellent analytical & communication skill, attention to detail and project management is a must.

Education : B.Tech/B.E. or an equivalent technical qualification, or a Bachelor's degree with a relevant Postgraduate qualification.
