PwC - Oracle HCM Consultant

Key Responsibilities :

- Strong technical skills around OIC, HCM Integration.

- Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, HCM Data Loader (HDL and HSDL), Page Personalization/Customization, OTBI Reporting, BIP Reporting in Oracle Fusion Cloud (Oracle Cloud BI Publisher).

- Good knowledge of Oracle Cloud Architecture, Standards, Data Models and Table structures.

- Should have very good knowledge of Coding, Debugging and Design and Documentation.

- Good Knowledge on SQL and PL/SQL.

- Experience in HDL templates in Oracle.

- Able to understand and analyze customer business processes and Functional Specification.

- Good communication skills and ability to interact with external teams or clients.

- Good understanding of the functional flow HCM Projects.

- Nice to have APEX/JCS/VBCS as an addition.

- Collaborate effectively with others.

- Identify and make suggestions for improvements when problems and/or opportunities arise.

- Handle/analyze data and information responsibly.
