Job Description

Role Summary :

The Java Technical Delivery Manager will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of Java-based enterprise and microservices solutions. This role combines strong technical expertise with solution design and delivery ownership. The incumbent will work closely with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.

Technical Skills :

- Strong hands-on background in Java and Spring Boot microservices.

- Solid understanding of REST, SOAP, GraphQL API design and integration.

- Experience with security concepts such as authentication, authorization, and encryption.

- Experience in Relational & NoSQL databases

- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and source code management tools.

- Exposure to cloud-native or distributed system architectures.

Functional & Soft Skills :

- Strong understanding of business requirements and technical solutioning.

- Proven experience in effort estimation, delivery planning, and risk management.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.

- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management capabilities.

Good to Have Skills :

- Experience delivering large-scale enterprise or cloud migration programs.

- Prior experience as a Technical Lead/Module Lead/Delivery Lead.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide technical leadership for Java/Spring Boot microservices-based applications.

- Review solution designs, architecture decisions, and code to ensure scalability, security, and performance.

- Guide teams on best practices and NFR implementation

- Support resolution of complex technical, performance, and security issues.

- Plan and manage delivery timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks.

- Coordinate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipelines, release planning, and production readiness.

- Ensure appropriate documentation including architecture, design, and operational runbooks

- Track progress, manage scope changes, and ensure delivery quality

- Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.

- Communicate delivery status, risks, and mitigation plans to senior stakeholders.
