Protiviti - UiPath Developer - Robotic Process Automation

Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled UiPath Developer with 2-4 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to design, develop, and deploy scalable automation solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework, with strong problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop automation workflows using UiPath Studio

- Implement solutions using REFramework

- Deploy and manage bots via UiPath Orchestrator

- Perform process analysis, feasibility assessment, and solution design

- Handle exception handling, logging, and debugging

- Work on end-to-end automation lifecycle (development to production support)

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements

- Ensure code quality, documentation, and adherence to best practices

Required Skills :

- Good understanding of REFramework

- Experience in :

1. Selectors

2. Data scraping

3. Excel / PDF automation

4. Web & desktop automation

- Knowledge of exception handling and queue-based processes

- Basic programming knowledge : VB.NET / C# (preferred)

Preferred Skills :

- UiPath Certification (Associate / Advanced)

- Experience in Document Understanding / OCR

- Exposure to APIs or integration projects

- Experience in BFSI / Consulting environments

Experience :

- 2-4 years of relevant RPA / UiPath development experience

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Computer Science / IT or related field
