Job Title : Salesforce Architect

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect with strong expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud. The candidate will be responsible for designing scalable Salesforce solutions, defining architecture standards, and leading enterprise-wide Salesforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.

- Design customer data models, integrations, and Customer 360 solutions.

- Lead solution design, architecture reviews, and technical governance.

- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

- Ensure platform security, performance, scalability, and best practices.

- Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership.

Required Skills :

- 8+ years of Salesforce experience with architecture and solution design expertise.

- Strong hands-on experience in :

i. Salesforce Data Cloud

ii. Salesforce Marketing Cloud

iii. Salesforce Sales Cloud

iv. Salesforce Service Cloud

- Experience with integrations, APIs, data modeling, and enterprise architecture.

- Knowledge of Apex, LWC, Salesforce security model, and DevOps practices.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Certifications :

- Salesforce Certified Application Architect / System Architect

- Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant

- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant

- Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant

- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant
