SAP Fund Management

Location : Bangalore, Mumbai, Kolkata, Delhi

Experience : 6 to 8 years

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, and implement SAP Funds Management (FM) solutions

- Manage budgeting, funds allocation, availability control (AVC), and commitment management processes

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand financial planning and budgeting requirements

- Perform system configuration, testing (Unit Testing, UAT), and deployment

- Integrate SAP FM with other modules such as FI, CO, MM, and Grants Management (GM)

- Provide support for month-end and year-end closing activities

- Analyze business requirements and prepare functional specifications (FS)

- Coordinate with technical teams for enhancements, reports, and interfaces

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and organizational policies

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6+ years of experience in SAP Funds Management (FM)

- Strong knowledge of :

a. Budget Control System (BCS)

b. Availability Control (AVC)

c. Commitment Management

d. Funds Centers, Commitment Items, Funded Programs

- Experience in at least 1- 2 full lifecycle SAP implementations

- Hands-on experience in integration with SAP FI/CO/MM modules

- Good understanding of Public Sector Management processes

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in SAP S/4HANA (Public Sector or FM)

- Knowledge of SAP Grants Management (GM) is an added advantage

- Exposure to Fiori apps and reporting tools

- SAP Certification in relevant module
