Role Overview :

This role involves designing, developing, and implementing robust Salesforce solutions, with a particular focus on Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud platforms. The Salesforce Developer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and clients to translate complex business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions.

This position directly contributes to enhancing customer engagement, streamlining marketing operations, and leveraging data for strategic insights, ultimately driving significant business value and improving user experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement custom Salesforce solutions, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and integrations, to meet specific business needs for clients.

- Design, configure, and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud journeys, automations, and data extensions, ensuring effective campaign execution and audience segmentation.

- Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud with other enterprise systems, utilizing APIs and various integration patterns to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.

- Collaborate with solution architects and business analysts to gather requirements, provide technical expertise, and contribute to the overall solution design and architecture.

- Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Salesforce applications to ensure high quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.

- Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements for existing Salesforce platforms, ensuring system stability and user satisfaction.

Required Skillset :

- Proven ability to develop and implement Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud platforms.

- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs for custom development and integrations.

- Demonstrated experience with Marketing Cloud functionalities, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Audience Builder.

- Understanding of data modeling, data architecture, and ETL processes within the Salesforce ecosystem, particularly with Data Cloud.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the capacity to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling successful collaboration with diverse teams and client stakeholders.

- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, coupled with 3 to 6 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

- Adaptability to work in a dynamic, client-facing consulting environment across multiple locations in India, potentially involving remote or hybrid work models.
