Job Role :

Lead Salesforce development and digital transformation initiatives, driving the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions.

- Own end-to-end solution architecture and implementation using Salesforce OmniStudio/Vlocity, ensuring scalable, high-performing, and business-aligned solutions.

- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, leadership teams, and cross-functional units to gather requirements, define technical roadmaps, and deliver successful project outcomes.

- Manage, mentor, and guide Salesforce development teams while ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and Agile delivery methodologies.

- Deliver scalable and robust solutions across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Industries platforms, with a focus on process optimization and digital transformation.

- Work extensively within the Automotive domain, understanding business workflows, customer journeys, and industry-specific Salesforce use cases.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development with expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, SOQL, and Visualforce.

- Deep expertise in Salesforce OmniStudio/Vlocity tools including OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, and related Salesforce Industries capabilities.

- Proven experience working on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations and enhancements.

- Strong leadership and stakeholder management experience with the ability to manage enterprise-scale Salesforce delivery teams and Agile-based projects.

- Mandatory experience in the Automobile/Automotive industry domain, with involvement in at least one end-to-end project implementation.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and drive successful project delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
