Job Title : RPA Production Release Expert

- Bachelor's in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent in the relevant field.

Previous Role :

At least 4 to 5 years of experience as a Senior Developer, Solution Architect, or Production Release Expert.

RPA Expertise :

- Deep knowledge of RPA development, deployment, and support processes using Automation Anywhere.

Skills : Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Organizational Skills :

The candidate must be able to manage his/her time very well regarding handling multiple tasks and priorities such as parallel deployments and production issues.

Industry Awareness :

- Stay updated on RPA and release management trends and technologies, including new features of Automation Anywhere's latest versions, knowledge of the entire

- Control Room setup, and tool up-gradation.

- Having experience of working in Banking domain would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the overall release lifecycle for RPA solutions, including planning, scheduling, and production deployment execution.

- Ensure all releases are properly tested and validated in production environment.

- Develop and maintain release documentation, covering release notes, deployment guides, and post-release reviews.

- Document all incidents and mitigation actions taken for future reference and continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with RPA development teams to understand the release requirements and timelines.

- Investigate and resolve problems or incidents in the production environment related to RPA solutions.

- Monitoring of the RPA bots and processes by regular health checks and performance tuning.
