Bachelor's Degree (Preferably in Finance / Accounting) with SAP certification. Preferably CA Inter, MBA Finance.

Functional Consultant : 5+ years of SAP experience.

Must have at least 2-3 end to end SAP S4 HANA implementation experience. (Project Preparation to till Go-Live) and minimum 3-5 rollout/support projects experience is mandatory.

Skill set Required

- Must have worked on SAP S4 HANA versions more than 5 years.

- Should have good knowledge in FICO module.

- Strong knowledge in basic accounting concepts.

- Quick understanding of business requirement and process design skills.

- Ability to analyse problems and provide clear recommendations.

- Experience in SAP FI and CO modules (usually at least 2 - 5 years) - General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR.), Asset accounting, Cash and Bank.

- Should be able to do the necessary configurations for FICO and Treasury modules independently.

- Should have an expert knowledge and hands on working experience both in support and configuration on the Park and Post, Profit Centre Accounting, Cost Centre Accounting, Internal order, Allocation and Distribution process, Forex Revaluation, Inter-Company process, Bank Reconciliation (MT940), Automatic payment process and bank communication management.

- Must have worked on Standard Costing methodology and should have expert knowledge on the Material Ledger Concept and process in the projects.

- Strong knowledge in Product costing, Material ledger, actual costing and COPA, Treasury process.

- Should have a fair knowledge in SAP Fiori applications.

- Should have fair understanding and working knowledge on the Integration of 3rd party applications.

- Experience and knowledge of key integration points with FI/CO modules [FI-MM/FI-SD / FI-PM/FI-TRM/CO-PP/ FI-CO]

- Independently carryout the testing process to discover errors and issues in business processes and documentation of issues and errors.

- Application support and training of end users, new joiner, etc.

- Cooperating with consultants from other modules such as MM, PM, PP, PM, TRM and QM

- Month end support to the Finance team, ensure that all the month end processes, and integration of modules are completed before the month close.

- Identify, analyse and study if any new requirement highlighted by any Business Process owners and prepare the benefit analysis.

- Must have independently handled the FICO module in the project till go live and further support.
