Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer who will be responsible for the design, development, and delivery of Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce development, architecture understanding, and the ability to lead a team of developers while working closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable CRM solutions.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Automotive Cloud.

- Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce.

- Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST, SOAP APIs, middleware).

- Knowledge of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and governor limits.

- Experience with DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Copado, Gearset, or similar).

- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and platform architecture.

- Ability to lead teams and manage technical delivery.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Salesforce Certifications such as :

1. Salesforce Platform Developer II

2. Salesforce Platform App Builder

3. Salesforce Application Architect

- Experience with Financial Services Cloud, CPQ or Experience Cloud.

- Experience with Salesforce Rebate Management.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
