Competencies :

- Experience in Oracle Cloud SCM implementations 3PL integrations

- Multi-org environments Documentation and testing

- Oracle Cloud certifications in Inventory Management Costing (preferred / mandatory if possible)

Preferred Skills :

- Oracle SCM Cloud Certification 3PL Logistics Industry experience

- Multi-country deployment exposure

- Compliance / auditing exposure

- Integration experience with external logistics systems

Mandatory Skills :

- Candidates must have hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Costing Oracle Fusion Inventory Oracle Fusion Order Management (OM)

- Oracle Fusion Manufacturing Oracle Fusion Shipping Oracle Fusion Pricing

- Oracle Fusion Global Order Promising (GoP)

Core Responsibilities :

- Lead solution design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Cloud SCM modules

- Work as SME for Costing and SCM processes Configure Oracle Cloud : Costing Inventory Order Management Manufacturing Shipping Pricing GoP

- Conduct : Workshops Requirement gathering Fit-Gap analysis Current-state validations

- Prepare : Functional design documents Integration specs Test scenarios UAT documents

- Coordinate with Business users Development teams Carriers / 3PL partners

- Support : SIT UAT Training Post-go-live knowledge transfer

- Provide best-practice recommendations for Oracle SCM configurations

- Lead multi-org / multi-country implementations

Mandatory Experience :

- 7+ years in Oracle SCM Functional consulting 2+ years in Oracle Costing Management

- 5+ years in Inventory OM Manufacturing

- Experience in Oracle Cloud SCM implementations 3PL integrations Multi-org environments

- Documentation and testing

- Oracle Cloud certifications in : Inventory Management Costing (preferred / mandatory if possible)
