Role Summary :

The Dynamics 365 CRM Developer will be responsible for configuration, customization, minor enhancements, and production support of Evonik's Dynamics 365 CRM applications. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales, North52, and standard CRM extensibility patterns, working in a DevOps-driven AMS model aligned to defined ticket categories (CRs, Incidents, SRs).

Key Responsibilities :

Dynamics 365 CRM Development & Configuration :

- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Sales entities, forms, views, business process flows, security roles, and solutions to support Chemical and TI business units.

- Implement and maintain business logic using North52, including rules, formulas, and validations, particularly for the Chemical segment CRM.

- Develop and maintain plugins, workflows, custom actions, and Power Automate flows where applicable (North52 + native capabilities used in combination).

Application Maintenance & Support (AMS) :

- Handle Change Requests (CRs), Incidents, and Service Requests (SRs) as per central AMS guidelines, including :

- Non-code configuration changes

- Minor functional enhancements

- Bug fixes and corrective maintenance

- Perform root cause analysis for production issues, especially those related to ERPCRM data synchronization and master data dependencies.

- Participate in CR grooming, feasibility analysis, and effort assessment during transition and steady-state AMS operations.

Integration & Data Management :

- Support CRM integrations, primarily one-way ERP ? Dynamics 365 data flows, ensuring data consistency, duplicate handling, and data quality.

- Troubleshoot integration-related issues impacting CRM (investigation may span both ERP and CRM systems).

- Work with standard and custom data objects, noting that ERP remains the master for customers, accounts, and market segments.

ALM, DevOps & Deployments :

- Use Azure DevOps to manage user stories, real change requests, and lifecycle activities

- Execute regular deployments :

- Chemical CRM : typically weekly production deployments (Fridays)

- TI CRM : deployments scheduled as needed

- Perform developer testing and support user testing; no automated testing is currently in scope.
