Prompt Engineer - Generative AI

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and refine prompts for Generative AI models to elicit desired responses and behaviors.

- Explore and implement various use cases for Generative AI within our applications and workflows.

- Utilize your very good knowledge of Software Development Methodologies (such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban) throughout the development lifecycle.

- Integrate Prompt Engineering and AI solutions following DevSecOps processes and leveraging relevant tools.

- Work effectively with version control systems (e.g., Git) and project management tools to manage tasks and code.

- Collaborate with cross-region teams, requiring advanced spoken and written English skills for effective communication.

- Contribute to the development and deployment of software applications that incorporate Generative AI models.

- Analyze and interpret the outputs of Generative AI models, refining prompts and strategies based on results and business requirements.

- Demonstrate strong analytical skills to understand complex problems and design effective prompting strategies.

- Work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and organize your workload under time and workload pressure.

Required Experience & Qualifications :

- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software development.

- Must-Have : Hands-on experience in Java, NodeJS, or Python.

- Must-Have : Experience with Prompt Engineering or Generative AI concepts and applications.

- Very good knowledge of Software Development Methodologies.

- Very good knowledge of DevSecOps processes and tools.

- Good understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Good understanding of project management tools.

- Strong analytical skills.

- Strong soft skills, including the ability to work independently, prioritize, and organize tasks.

- Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English for global collaboration.

Desired Skills (Plus Points) :

- Deeper expertise in Python, particularly for AI/ML development.

- Experience with specific Generative AI models or platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Google AI, Hugging Face).

- Experience with cloud platforms and their AI services (AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI Service, GCP Vertex AI).

- Knowledge of Machine Learning concepts and workflows.
